Q: Can I see the design before making a purchase? A: Unfortunately, we can't show the design before an order is placed because our products are handmade.

Q: What if I need revisions to my design? A: We offer unlimited revisions and only proceed with embroidery after your final approval, ensuring 100% satisfaction with the end product.

Q: I don’t have a photo with the person I want in my design. Can you still create it? A: Absolutely! We can combine separate images to create a single design for you.

Q: Do you offer international shipping? A: Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping times vary depending on the destination country.

Q: How can I track my package? A: Once your product is shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number and a link. You can track your package using this information.

Q: Can I upgrade my shipping method? A: Yes, you can upgrade your shipping. Please contact us via email or phone as soon as possible to adjust your shipping method.

Q: What sizes are available for your clothing? A: Our sizes range up to 5XL for sweatshirts, hoodies, and T-shirts. They are unisex fit and true to size. For sizes larger than 3XL, please contact us as there may be a slight price difference.
