Policy Overview Our return/exchange policy lasts 60 days from the date of purchase. Please review the following conditions to determine your eligibility.
Contacting Customer Service Before returning any items, please contact our Customer Service for the correct return address. Do not send items back to the address listed on our website.
Full Coverage Return/Exchange (60 Days) Eligible if:
- Incorrect order or item(s) received.
- Broken or defective items received.
- Poor product quality.
- Incorrect photo charm (if different from the photo provided to Customours).
- Issues like paint chipping or crystals falling off (only exchangeable for the same or lower value items).
Limited Coverage Return/Exchange (60 Days) (Customer responsible for all shipping fees.) Eligible if:
- Incorrect bracelet size chosen.
- Returns due to personal preference or change of mind.
Non-Covered Scenarios Not eligible for return/exchange:
- Damage from corrosive substances or chemicals.
- Misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.
- Natural oxidation of silver pieces.
- Personalized photo charms, unless the photo differs from what was provided to Customours.
Return/Exchange Process
- Contact our customer service for guidance.
- Securely pack the item(s) in original packaging.
- Drop off the package at your local post office.
- We process exchanges or refunds upon receiving your package and email you confirmation.
Return Conditions
- Returns must be initiated within 60 days of receipt.
- Items must be in unused condition with original packaging.
- If the return is due to customer error, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
Note: Direct returns without prior confirmation from us are not accepted.
